Main Features of cassava crushing machinery :
Rasper is the core crushing equipment at the front end of starch processing, mainly handling tuber materials like cassava, potato and sweet potato. It adopts a high-speed rotating structure to complete cell wall breaking in one pass and fully release internal starch granules. All material contact parts are made of SS304 stainless steel to meet food processing hygiene requirements. The machine is equipped with multi-piece combined blades for uniform crushing and fine discharge, effectively improving starch dissociation. With compact structure and stable operation, it can adapt to continuous production of various large-scale starch lines.
